I loved the easy-going pace of the resort, with beautiful beach access just a short walk away and stunning parks like Sai Rung Waterfall nearby, making it great for weekend strolls and discovering local gems.

Despite the well-catered meals, it felt a bit limiting to have designations for dining times, especially with full board, as having to pay extra for off-hour meals struck me as a hassle. Getting around the property was tricky. there were few signs to navigate to facilities like the toilets or dining areas, and we had an odd experience being checked excessively at one entrance. Lastly, while the beach was beautiful, loungers could have been increased to improve the experience, especially when the hotel is busy.

Would be happy to recommend for a weekend escape

Evening entertainment was engaging, and the kids club staff were remarkable, adding personalized touches that really made our stay special.

Our family loved the superb variety of food options, especially the live cooking stations. Each day brought an opportunity to explore new dishes! The wellness center offered free classes, like yoga by the beach, which was a fabulous way to start our mornings. Don't miss strolling along the pristine shoreline!

Loved the private pool but the room needed refurbishment.

The beach access was stunning, perfect for early morning walks. I enjoyed the private outdoor patio in my bungalow. great for sipping coffee in the morning sun. The outdoor shower was refreshing, a highlight every evening. I loved the varied buffet for meals, with different food themes each day. The desserts were particularly impressive, always fresh. I had a fantastic time with the daily activities offered, especially the yoga classes. my instructor, Meri, made them enjoyable. I struggled with the shuttle service cost into town. it felt overpriced for such a short distance. The kids club had limited hours for my younger children. the noise from the restaurant was disruptive in the evenings, especially when music played late into the night. My room had some minor issues with air conditioning, but the quick response from staff to resolve this was commendable. The staff at the bars were attentive and made sure my drinks were always full. I also appreciated the incredible beach views, and the pool areas were pristine, with plenty of lounge chairs available, even during busier times. Not all pools allowed children, which could be a downside for families.

I spent a wonderful afternoon playing tennis, which added to my relaxation.

My only complaint is the beach area could use more loungers.

At Robinson in Khao Lak, my spacious Superior Suite offered delightful privacy, along with two balconies to enjoy tranquil moments. Though some evening noise was a bit disruptive, the delicious breakfast selection and the gorgeous beach views made my stay truly refreshing.
